CSV import not working for Account custom field

May I know what is the format for account field if I want to include it in my CSV file?

I have received this warning: Cannot add value [[Xxx (XXX)]] to CustomField Account in Issue with summary 'xxxxxx'. Probably value was incorrect format.

I have checked the value exist in my JIRA instance.

Hi @idiyana 

Is the Account field a custom field you created? Or a custom field from an app (I know "Account" is used in the app Tempo)?

If it is Tempo, I would try uploading using the Account ID not the Account Name.

We don't have Tempo, but from what I recall previously when you open an Account from the main Tempo tab, each has a unique ID in the URL - usually a couple of digits. The reason the UID might work is that text values aren't always unique which might be causing issues for the CSV Importer.

It is Tempo Account field. It worked when I used Account ID. Thanks for this helpful answer.
