CSV import to few Issue ID

Dears,

I have prepared CSV file and I can import by these file issues to the one Issue ID.

For now I need to prepare CSV file where I can import few issue to the few Issue ID (for example SERVICE / IT / TECHNOLOGY).

Is it possible to do?
How can I prepare these file and how import it?

I try prepare it and I put 2 additional fields:
"PROJECT NAME" and "PROJECT KEY"

But when I made import and I map field I cannot these fields.

Maybe problem is with import option, because in import setup I have "Import to Project", no any other options.

I'm only standard user, I don't have admin permisions.
