CSV import unable to parse June, but it parses December?

I have checked several of the previous threads but was unable to find my answer: jira unable to parse date - Google Search

I am importing a CSV with the following format for due date: 

04 June 2022 17:00

In the setup for the export I have the following date format:

dd MMMMM yyyy hh:mm

This gives me an error for unable to parse.

If I use December instead of June it works.
