CSV import

I want to import Jira CSV file to my project, but I get these errors

I will also send you a screenshot for the line 

errors is : unexpected end of file while reading quoted column beginning on line 113964 and ending on line 114117

This issue occured to another user before. His solution was the following:

The solution was to replace the double quotes inside the columns with a dummy-symbol (-- in my case).
