Calculate the contractual penalties for issues that are in SLA breached?

Hello, 

At server we had a functionality developed where we could obtain all the SLA's and then calculate the penalty. We can't reproduce the same functionality in cloud due to several reasons (Time to SLA doesn't have TTSLA custom fields in cloud for example)

Is there a way in cloud or an app that we can use to calculate the penalty?
