Calculate time of story/task

Hello every one,

I don't know how use the time to describe my story and my subtasks.
I have 2 developers. My story have 2 subtask, a subtask for my developer 1 which is estimated at 3d and a subtask for my developer 2 which is estimated at 1d. My developer works in same taime so my story is estimated at 3d (the longer time, not the sum of each substask !)

How do you do it?

By default, the parent task estimated hours will be the sum of all estimated hours for each sub task. When you log work against sub-tasks, your parent issue remaining estimate is automatically adjusted.

If this is not what you want, what do you want to accomplish?
