Calculating time on the Control Chart

How is the "Average" time calculated on a Control Chart? More specifically, I see one of my average cycle times is "1w 1d 5h" but then another one is "6d 3h"..... I do NOT have "Include non-working days in calculations" checked, so shouldn't a week be 5 days? In the Scrum board I also do NOT have Saturday and Sunday checked as working days.

I need to report time in days so I've been converting the averages given in the control chart to days, but if a week is 7 days I have been doing it wrong.
