Calculating values using conditions using #if{else}

#if( ${repeating.date.month} == 09)it's true!#{else}it's not!#end

I am getting an error when using the above script.  It is giving me a "Last execution errors".  I am using the script in the Summary line of an issue.  Please advise.  Thanks!
