Can 2 Atlassian Access use one domain?

Hi All,

My requirement is related to Atlassian Access, recently my company (abc) was acquired by a new company(xyz). Both companies using the Atlassian Access, my company is using the AD of ADFS and the other company using Azure cloud AD. We are working on deciding what could be the source and destination. Here we got a blocker on Atlassian Access

My question is can I verify the other company(xyz.com) domain on my Atlassian Access(abc.com)?
and how can I integrate the Azure Cloud AD of xyz to my instance. If possible how much efforts required to do this.

or converting my company emails from abc.com to xyz.com will automatically integrated with Azure cloud AD ?
