Can I add a comment to a task that will always appear?

I want to add a permanent comment/suggestion/notification to bugs.

Meaning I want to ask people to include certain information and I want it to appear on screen every time a bug is opened.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi Galit,

you can create a customfield of type "Message Custom Field (for Edit)" and put that on the create-screen of your issue. If you don't have this custom field type, you have to install the free Jira Toolkit Plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.toolkit/server/overview).

Configure your new customfield, edit the information you want to display as "Default Value". That should do it.
