we manage our Projects for such a short time in a new structure. For our resource planning I trying out this tool. I started to create for our maintenance work three global Teams with basicly one or two skills for each global Team.
The Idea is to plan all coming projects based on
- the skillset
- the members availability
- and the priority of the existing project Backlog (for the global Team)
1. request: Is this concept technical practicable?
2. request: Can I assign global team member for a temporar time to an other Team so that he is blocked for the maintenance work in this global team during this time?
