Can I automatically set a link text for a web link?

I often link URLs to Jira issues and find it a bit tedious to have to set a link text manually.

Is there any way to have Jira do this automatically? My ideal conception would be that when I leave the "Link Text" field empty, Jira should use the <title> of the target page as link text.

Is there maybe an add-on to achieve this?
