Hi @Admin

If you've had your user account deactivated from a wider, active site - you'll need access to your Jira instance to export data.

If your entire instance has been deactivated, it depends on the timeframes. In terms of data retention:

Data retention

Your site will be deactivated 15 days after the end of your current subscription period. Atlassian retains data for deactivated sites for 15 days (for evaluation sites) or 60 days (for paid subscription sites) after the end of your current subscription period

Following this deactivation period (15 days for evaluation sites and 60 days for paid sites after the end of your subscription period), your product data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

^ ...but you will need access to the site - so this could be an issue if you've run out of your subscription period. See more on data retention in the FAQs.

I would envisage you'll need to reactivate your site to get the data - but feel free to contact Atlassian Support and see if they have any exemption process :)
