Can I change a workflow during sprint?

Dear all, 

I want to change a workflow scheme in Jira Project. A team is working in scrum. If its possible that I could loss some data or statistics?

Hi @Paulina Mijal,

There is nothing that would prevent you from making workflow changes while a sprint is active.  The loss of data or statistics would depend on what information your team is tracking or reporting against such as how long issues have been in a specific state, and what the nature of the changes you intend to make are.

Yes it is possible you could lose some data by making a workflow change but you will need to simple speak with the team and determine if the changes you are going to make will cause them to lose anything they are using for reports.

@Jimmy Seddon I would like to do it just to separate the project so that it has its own scheme - the statuses will be identical. Then I will not lose any data?
