I have a Dashboard set up that I would like to now make the System Dashboard for my users. Is there a way I can copy one of my Dashboards into the System Dashboard or so it becomes the System Dashboard?

I am not sure that you can copy an existing dashboard into the Systems Dashboard, but you can update/modify the Systems Dashboard.
Just go to Settings > System > Systems Dashboard under User interface.
