Can I create Digital documents on Jira from excel?

I currently have documents in excel and would like to make them digital so my team can fill them out on ipads as they work. Is this possible?

We have excel documents we print out and fill out by hand. I want to get away from paper and fill these documents out with check boxes and drop downs along with writing in issues. Is it possible to do that on JIRA?

I would say, please start importing to Confluence site using one of these marketplace apps (or search for your desired app per your requirement).

That would help you structure the content, add checklists and if you prefer assigning those checklist items, you can automatically create Jira tickets from that Confluence page.
