Can I create a form in Jira Software?

I do not see the option to create forms for my projects in Jira Software. What do I need to do to access forms?

Hello @Jennifer 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The Forms feature is not available for Jira Software projects. There is a Forms feature in Jira Work Management projects and for Jira Service Management projects.
