Can I create and close a ticket with a single click? Like a new button as in the picture?
I don't think you can add a new button like that, but you could
1. Add a custom checkbox field to your issue that you checked when you wanted to immediately close a ticket.
2. Create an Automation rule triggered by issue creation to look for that box and close the issue if it is checked.
