Can I designate watchers for my Confluence pages?

I've been asked by my company's management to make all our employees watchers of a set of Confluence pages. Can I assign someone else to be a watcher of my pages and, if so, how?

  You can add watchers to a page by following these steps.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/manage-watchers-724765356.html  You can also add them as @mentions on the page and they will be added as a watcher.

Thank you. After our IT department assigned me admin rights to the overview page, I was able to assign watchers to it, including all subsequent pages.
