I have installed "JIRA Issue Links Matrix Plug-in version 2.1-rc 1" to JIRA 4.4.1 version.

-Can I disable "JIRA Issue Links Matrix Plug-in" gadget from gadget directory but can enable "JIRA Issue Links Matrix Plug-in" report?

admin -> plugins -> issue links matrix -> look for "disable module" on the gadget modules
