Can I filter JIRA and include a list of linked Confluence pages?

It also has to filter to current pages. I've noticed that links are still "counted" in JIRA even when the current version of the Confluence page no longer includes the link to that JIRA issue.

If you have a custom field on a JIRA Screen that has confluence URLS in them, you could then search on this field and text ~<text to search for>

or

 issue in linkedIssues(<issuekey>,"<text to search for>")
