Can I get report transparency across multiple Jira insances on an enterprise license?

I want to generate a report on a dashboard on stories across multiple projects and multiple Jira instances under an enterprise license. Is this possible?

We're workon this at minware. We combine version control, ticketing, and calendar data to create plug and play dashboards that provide full transparency. Currently each instance would operate on it's own set of dashboards and you would have a master panel to access each division, but we could combine information into one single dashboard if you are interested in an executive level set of reports. 

It sounds like you are looking for something like our new predictive roadmap. It starts at the Epic level and allows you to expand all the way down to subtask. It provides a full picture of the progress that has been made, what's being worked on, and what's been planned.
