Can I get updated KB info for how to set things up properly, not outdated.....

The instructions for this is either outdated or False. This does not match what is current on the Admin site. Nomenclature does not match up and links are not in the same location as instructed.

My best guess is that you are reading Server documentation while looking at a Cloud system. Note that my statement assumes you are showing us the docs you have in the first screen shot (as they're Server docs) and the screenshot is of Cloud. (I may be the wrong way around there!)
