Hello - I am the VOC/VOE lead for an organization and we are considering using Jira to track issues (not bugs, but general items of concern/trouble) for our employees related to our products and services. For our sales and support staff of about 400, I'd like to be able to give them the ability to view issues, vote on them, and watch them, but nothing else. I can't seem to find enough documentation through support guides to determine if our team that manages the tool can do this through a Permission Scheme, etc.
We are on an enterprise plan, I believe.
I believe if you give the users only the Browse Project permission they will still be able to Vote and Watch issues. I'm not positive, but you might want to give that a try with a test project.
