Can I have Proforma in the Create screen?

Hello,

I am testing Proforma for Jira Software Datacenter. Is it possible to add the form in the create screen like service desk? It seems I can only use it after the screen has been created.

I there a way to include the forms mandatory? It seems having them just in the view screen it would be very easy for users to miss that they have to fill it.

No Fabio, because that is for service desk. If you read my post I say that I want to do it in Jira Software.

Sorry @Lara Lopez  I missed that information. I use it in a service desk portal. I read the following article https://docs.thinktilt.com/proforma/forms-and-issues but it seems that cannot be added on creation. Try to raise a request here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
