Can I have tabs show as tabs, not on the right, buried under "folder" icons?

This is in the "new" ticket view. It's sucky. Can I have tabs look more like they do during ticket creation? Now they're over on the right under folders and it's terrible:

Thank you for reaching out.

Indeed, the tabs in the new issue view of Jira are displayed as groups in the right menu of the issue view, instead of selectable tabs in the description section (As it was in the old issue view).

That being said, we understand how this view becomes hard to manage when you have a large number of tabs, requiring you to keep scrolling up and down to see its content, so we created the following feature request to implement the tab view as it was before:

- In new Jira Issue View turn "Tabs" into collapsible groupings on the sidebar 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

As a workaround now, you can see the tabs as you need by turning off the new issue view, by clicking your profile picture on the left-bottom corner > Settings > Scroll down to the lab feature.

Thank you, @Petter Gonçalves . I have placed a comment in that topic you linked to. I am not comfortable voting for it because its solution will not solve this for us. But it IS the right problem space, so I thank you heartily.
