Can I import issues from a hosted instance into a onDemand instance?

We are moving from a hosted instance to an onDemand instance. We would like to import the issues from the hosted instance into the new onDemand one keeping issues numbers etc.

FYI - You might not be able to use the plugins you enjoy today.

You can definitely import the issues - but I doubt you can keep the existing issue numbers (conceivably you might be able to do it if they are entered in perfect sequence - but I would not bank on it)
