I want the recipient to the SMS message to be able to open the issue directly from the SMS message that has been sent.
Currently I have been able to create the SMS message through the Automation area in Jira using Send Twilio notification.
Ive been able include the issue ID and Summary of the issue in the SMS message but havent been able to make this text a link to open the actual issue in Jira.
