Apologies if this should not be posted here as it is related to Tempo!
Does anybody know if I can limit the amount of entries a user can enter into Tempo per day?
E.g. can I limit it so a user can enter a maximum of 4 entries a day?
We are currently recording our time at a granular level e.g. against subtasks and bugs that result in multiple entries a day. When we extract data for audits this is resulting in masses of data to sort through. We think it would be easier if we can cap the amount of entries as we do not require that level of granularity anyway!
Thank you :)
Hi @indya kachela ,
currently you can't limit number of entry for user/issue basis. Users could need to add logwork many time and based on his time spent on a specific ticket.
If you use tempo you can extract data based on project, account or other items so that you have not so granular perspective https://www.tempo.io/blog/a-simple-guide-to-tempo-reports
Hope this helps,
Fabio
