Can I log the project Issues(not tasks) using bigpicture and does it supports the finance managemen

the orgnaization is looking for a project managemnet tool and we found that big picture supports most of the project managment activities but I noticed that there is no where to lo my project issues, there is only Risks section moreover risk should be linked with jira task so my question is:

Is there a way to my project issues (not tasks)? Can I log risk without linking it with specific Jira task this might be needed for a global issues (for example COVID risk)?

one more question, as you know one of the project managment activities is "Financial Management.", is there a way on bigpicture to do so or I have to use "Budgets by Tempo:

About Financial Management - I can advise you add-on that my team recently released - Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud (it's free!). 

It allows you to track projects, sprints, issues, version costs, etc. 

More features:

• Manage employee’s hourly rates its history.
• Manage company direct expenses.
• Add one-time and recurring expenses.
• Generate the cost report as timesheet multiplied by rates
• Generate report of direct expenses for the specific period.
• Get issue cost on the widget.
