Can I make a custom field that will look like this: 'start date in schedule' and 'start date in fact'?
There are some information that I need to place inside of view screen of my epic, but i can't figure out how to do that.
Is there any way to make fields that are not in original JIRA list??
I need these fields inside of that blue blot!
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Alkor, yes, a Jira application admin can certainly create custom fields! Login to Jira as an admin and go to the Custom Fields page. It's here: Admin > Issues > Custom fields or your-jira-url.com/secure/admin/ViewCustomFields.jspa.
From there you can create a field of type "Date" or "Date and Time". Choose wisley, because once you create a field, you cannot change it's type later.
Once your field is created, you'll need to add it to the screens in your project. The screen shown in your screenshot is the "View" screen, but you may also have "Create" and "Edit" screens to add the field to.
Also, all date fields will display on the right of the Jira issue, where the "Created" and "Updated" dates show. There's no way to display them under the "Resolution" field, as shown in your screenshot.
Finally, custom fields can impact performance. Only create the ones you really need, ones that can be shared with multiple projects, and ones you'll query or report on.
Thanks for providing a screenshot! Images are always very helpful to the community.
Hope this helps!

You can easily add custom fields if you have admin rights. Simple guide here

PS: 'start date in schedule' and 'start date in fact' sounds strange, why not go with "Scheduled start date" and "Actual start date"
