Can I make an epic required for just one project in jira 7?

I want to be able to make Epic Link a required field in Jira - we are running v7.11

Hi @Ray S ,

With the help of Validator in workflow transition you can make Epic Link is required for issue types.

For example,JSU Automation Suite Workflow app provides a Field Required validator Fields Required and this validator can be used in transition.

Please note that in case you need to use separate workflow for Epic issue type as Epic issue will not have Epic Links.
