Can I mix Kanban and Scrum estimating in Portfolio?

In my ideal Portfolio plan, I've got software development teams that use Scrum and operations teams that use Kanban.  I want the scrum teams to be able to estimate using story points and the Kanban teams to estimate using days.  I want the tool to figure out duration for the Scrum stories based on the assigned teams' velocity.

It seems like the mixed-mode planning doesn't allow use of story point estimation and duration (days) estimation.  

Am I missing something or is truly not possible.  If it's not possible, is there a Portfolio enhancement request I can vote for?

Is there a different way to approach the planning I want to do?
