Can I restrict Zephyr users to limited set of users from the overall JIRA users?

Only few projects in my company uses Zephyr and rest don't use it. What I have noticed in the monthly invoices is, zephyr billing is being done for all JIRA users, which is a huge amount. Is there a way I can create a User Group and map it to Zephyr so that we can get the Zephyr billing only for the intended project users?

This is something Atlassian handles. The licensing policy is same across all the plugin.See Licensing and Pricing section for more details

Hi @Kishore Mavuri  Unfortunately it's not possible to restrict plug in for a particular user group, you can ask Vendor for this.
