Can I see Velocity by Issue count for Project that plans by points?

We plan and measure velocity by Story Points but I would like to see a report of Velocity by Issue Count. 

Is that possible to get a Velocity report like that, or the data of  Planned vs. completed by Issue count by Sprint, given our Estimation method for the Board is Story Points?

@REMAXUser One possible way of doing this is create a new board with the same filter and change the estimation statistic to Issue count and check your velocity chart.

Please make sure you're using this board only for reporting purpose.
