Can I see a say/do ratio for Story Pointing?

I want to revise our story pointing. However before doing so I want to measure how many stories run long and how many run short. Is there a report or method to see this in bulk or would I have to go story by story?

Edit: So far I am looking at the Sprint Report Story Report for Issues removed and points changed. And thusly looking at stories to see when the points allocated don't match the time taken.
