Can I set a couple of checkboxes in a field in a post transition action?

I have a checkbox field with 3 checkbox values, and I want to check two of them in a post transition action.  I'd rather not use automation.  I tried to enter the two values in a post action, and got an Internal Server error when I tried to run the transition.

Hi @Phil Bustin , To discard the Server error you can do this:

You can try to add the values in two Actions in the post Function of the transition

Ensure to have this option Enable in the Second Action:

Although the field default didn't appear to be working, it now does appear to be working, so I don't need to try to set it in a post transition action.  However, I'd still like to know if it can be done, or of there is a non-automation alternative.
