Can I set a member availability in hours - use BigPicture

Hello all,

we are a big company with over 1000 employers. All the collegs have different workload plans: some have 40h per week, some 30h or 35h or 24h or 20h... 

If I plan my team for a new projekt in BigPicture, I have to take percents of the workload plan of each team member as availability for the projekt. It can be, that a memeber works for my projekt 2h per week and I as a projekt leader don't know his workload plan... How many percent it must be for my projekt? :(

My question is: can I take the availability for the team member in hours in the BigPicture?
