Can I show a specific confluence page based on the issuetype in JIRA?

We have pages on Confluence that contain help information about each issuetype within JIRA. What we need is that when a specific issue type is created, the link to the page on Confluence gets linked to the JIRA issue type automatically and is available as help. I know this can be done by hard coding the links but was wondering if there is a dynamic way to do this.

What do you mean by linked to the Confluence page? - Are you generating a link to a confluence page somehow on issue creation?

You could for instance use automation to dynamically populate this information and add it to a created issue in Jira.

I think additional information would be required to sufficiently answer this question.
