Can I sort sub-tasks by parent key and then sub-task key in JQL queries?

On my filter I want to list sub-tasks but grouped by the parent task, so that a sub-task created later and therefore with an out of sequence key id is grouped with the other sub-tasks.

There is an open feature request for JIRA. The only workaround is Script Runner (as suggested in the open request), but if you are running on JIRA Cloud you are out of luck for now. See this similar answer.
