Can I surface an existing web panel elsewhere in JIRA?

I use Riada Insight to connect objects (people, inventory, rooms, etc) to JIRA issues. Within Insight, there's a web panel "Connected JIRA issues" which shows all issues connected to the object I'm viewing. I'd like to surface this panel elsewhere in JIRA, specifically in issues on the view screen to easily show any other unresolved issues to which an object on the current issue is connected. The idea is to ensure all agents have quick visibility to ensure we aren't duplicating work on/for the same objects. I'm hoping to use ScriptRunner to do this:

I've been successful in showing a panel, but haven't figured out how to get the content I want to appear.
