Can I transfer a project from one site to another?

I have some projects in one site and want to set up new site and transfer/migrate them. Is this possible?

There is a plugin that can do that. If you're setting up a NEW site you can backup the current one and restore it to the new one and delete anything you don't want.

If you are using Jira Server, yes, it's possible to move a single project from one instance to another.
