Can I transfer issues' comments to other project by using a fields-matching excel csv file?

Hi Team,

Now I create a new project (CMP ) and I need to transfer old issues (TMP project) to the new project. I exported old issues and edit the issues to match the new project csv form. But I found that there are some comments which can not match the new project csv format cause there are no comment field items.

I wonder whether the comments can be transfered or not? and How to do the job?

Hi @Eri_Ito,

It is possible to import issues with multiple comments fields via csv. There should be multiple comments fields in your csv file. How many is determined by the issue with the highest number of comments on it.
