Can I transfer projects to a new account

My company is discontinuing Jira Software and I would like to continue. Can I transfer all existing projects to a new account managed by me?

Hi Sean, 

In addition to the Atlassian migration tool, there is a vendor tool called Revyz Configuration Manager for Jira that will clone all of your configurations (schemes, custom fields, etc.). If you want to move data as well there is the Revyz Data Manager for Jira app. Full transparency, I am an advisor for the apps.

It is possible to do a "cloud-to-cloud" migration. There are prerequisites and limitations.
