Can I use JSM Group Sign Off with JIRA software?

I need Group sign off in my Jira software project. I learnt that Jira service management provide Group sign off, can this be use in Jira software as well? 
Any help is appreciated

Currently only team-managed projects have approvals similar to JSM. You can work around it, I wrote an article about how I did it for a project that needed it, check out Approval process without using the workflow approvals.
