There is a scenario where my team needs to use two boards for one sprint. There are two phases. One is the R&D and the other is the development. R&D alone has multiple stages and the development phase has many stages as well. My team needs visibility on the sprint. once the user story clears the R&D phase, it should be moved to the development board. Is it possible to do this?
Hi @Akarsh S , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
What is shown on the Sprint board is controlled by the filter you set so you could have two different boards with different filter results.
I think the best case, however, is to keep everyone in the same board, if you can, to avoid the scenario where things can get lost. You can have, for example, different swimlanes to keep things separate but visible -
If you want to share what you have or an anonymised version, we can give you further feedback.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
You can create a sprint in board 1 and this sprint can be used on board 2 as well. To list the issues on the board you need to create the JQL query for the project and specific status. You should be able to use same sprint on multiple boards.

Yes, you can create two different boards and share the board with same set of users. In this scenario, issue added to the sprint will start in board1 and issue will be completed in board2?

I tested similar requirement on my end, I was able to start the issue on one board and complete it on another board. I would recommend you to create a test project and reproduce your requirement, make sure this meets your requirement and then use it in production projects.
