Trying to view a historic report of Out of Office Assistant usage. When has an assignee used this feature and for how long.

Hi @kauger 

That appears to be an Atlassian Marketplace addon feature and not a built-in feature of Jira Cloud.  Perhaps check the marketplace pages to learn from the product's vendor if such tracking is possible:
