Can JIRA product a moving average over time dashboard chart?

So we're tracking some internal prioritization numbers (issue criticality on a scale of 1 - 100) as a field in JIRA, and I've been asked to create a moving average over time chart as a dashboard widget.

I can create this chart in Excel but haven't been able to figure out how to do it in JIRA, is this something JIRA can support or is it too complex to do in JIRA natively?
