The column configuration of a shared search fillter is depended on the configurations of the end-user subscrbied to receive email for the filter, can JIRA support to allow all end users see same columns configured as the filter owner?

the user will see the same column order if the the column order is defined in filter itself.
as a filter owner go to Issues--> manage filter --> my
use the cog on the right to set the column order of the filter. All Users where this filter is shared with will see the same column order.
