Can JQL be used to update Field Values (Label & Summary) for Issues Type Gap

I need to update the Label field of few hundred issues (Type Gap) with the same value. Can JQL be used for this purpose. Any suggestion on Mass Update feature in JIRA Core.

Hello Srimanta,

Yes, you can use the Bulk operation feature to change all the issues returned by a specific JQL filter. You only need the Global Permission Make bulk changes to perform it.
